  • Healthy diet- You may not be able to comprehend how much a healthy diet can change your life. It can do much more than you think of. Add healthy food items to your diet and remove those food items that increase your low-density lipoprotein or bad fat in your body. Try to eat those items that are highly rich in fibre.
